Tour Itinerary

Day 01: Srinagar Pickup
Pickup from Srinagar Airport and Drop to the Houseboat, After freshup visit Mughal Garden Sightseeing - Nishat Bagh, Shalimar Bagh, Chasme Shahi Garden, and Evening Shikara Ride on Dal Lake, Overnight stay in Houseboat.

Day 02 : Srinagar- Zojila- Drass- Kargil ( 205 kms / 5 - 6 hours)
After breakfast leave for Kargil, driving through Sonamarg and crossing the Zoji-la pass (11,500-ft. / 3,505 mtrs) en-route. On the way, there are halts at Sonamarg a pristine valley with lush views and snow-clad peak; Zo jila Pass (a high altitude pass); Drass Village- the world's 2nd coldest inhabitant place. Here you visit War memorial hall and Museum- also known as Vijaypath. The memorial was constructed by the Indian Army in the memory of the soldiers and officers of the Indian Army who laid their lives in Kargil War. Overnight in the hotel at Kargil.

Day 03: Kargil - Lamayuru- Indus Zanskar River Conference - Rafting Point - Magnetic Hill - Leh ( 235 kms / 6-7 hours )
After Breakfast check out hotel and drive to Leh, enroute viewing / visiting the dramatically located Lamayuru monastery and the adjoining "Moonland" hills forming its backdrop. Driving further on along the Indus, visit Sanagm (confluence of Indus & Zanskar Rivers), (River RAFTING POINT - you can rafting here 2 or 3 hrs) after drive to Magnetic Point, Pathar Sahib Gurudwara & Hall of Fame (museum of military heritage).
Magnetic hill to marvel at the amazing natural wonder. Also pay respects to Pathar Sahib Gurudwara- constructed in memory of Guru Nanak Dev ji- the founder of Sikh religion and the first guru . Continue your road journey. On arrival in Leh, visit the Hall of Fame Museum a war memorial by the Indian Army that was founded in the memory of Indian soldiers who laid lives in Indo-Pak wars. Complete the check-in formalities at your hotel. Overnight stay in Leh.

Day 04 : Leh Full Day - Monastery Sightseeing
After morning break fast visiting the most important monasteries of Ladakh - Shey Palace, Thiksey Gompa and Hemis monastery .
First we visit the ruined Shey Palace, once the summer palace of the pre-Tibetan kings. The palace monastery houses a large, bronze, blue haired Buddha statue and next stop at superbly situated, 16th century, Thiksey Gompa,
which is perched on a hill top and continue to visit Hemis Monastery (5 km from Kharu) is also on the cards. Hemis is the largest and richest monastery complex in Ladakh. Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 05 : Leh - Khardungla Pass - Nubra Hunder Valley ( 5 - 6 Hrs)
After breakfast leave for Nubra Valley, driving across Khardong-la (alt: 18,380 ft). After descending from the pass, drive on for sightseeing of Sumoor area. proceed to Hunder Check-in at Hotel/Camp, freshen up & later you can have a Double Hump Bactarian Camel ride. Dont forget to click this unique mammal, found in cold Desert. It was once used to carry the trade material on silk route. Overnight stay at Hunder/Nubra Camps/Hotel.

Day 06 : Hunder - Nubra Valley - Pangong Lake ( Approx 4 hrs)
After breakfast at hotel we drive to next destination pangong lake via Shyok and onto Tang Tse and Spangmik ( Pangong). It's a short cut and it's a beautiful route. The road follows the Shyok river, and climbs up a mountain before finally descending into Shayok village.

 It took us less than an hour to reach Shayok, and we were delighted at the sight of the rather big village surrounded by barren mountains, the entire setting being very picturesque.
Afternoon we reach at Pangong lake and enjoy your day at pangong lake. Overnight stay at camp.

Day 07 : Pangong Lake - Leh via Chang'la Pass ( Approx 6 hrs)
After breakfast, leave Pangong / Tangtse and retrace the Leh route across Chang-la. Afternoon check in Hotel and visit to market by walk and free, Hotel and overnight in hotel.

Day 08 : Leh - Jispa (Approx ride 215 km)
The day 8 is scheduled for you to get back on the track that will lead you back through the one that brought us in. During the journey, you will give Pang a miss and ride slightly longer to spend the night at Sarchu, exactly halfway between Manali and Leh. We camp out in the meadows, with a thick blanket of stars to mask out the same fuzzy headache we encountered in Pang. Evening check in Camp in Jispa. Overnight stay

Day 09: Jispa - Manali (Approx ride 215 km)
In the morning, you may find us cranking our machines over a few times to get the oil to warm up- an overnight frost may have turned all the lubricants into chocolate syrup. You'll drive over the Sarchu plain and enter Baralaccha plain at noon. A cheerful ride up the handsome Lahaul ranges and it is time to face the great and wicked Rohtang Pass. Here we ride down the pass through potholes and mini-rivers of mud (and fog if we're lucky), through to our hotel in Manali for a good hot bath. Later, return back to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 10 : Manali Departure
After Breakfast check out Hotel and drop to the Bus Stand.
